Supplier Pricing Information

The purpose of this article is to provide details on PartsTrader’s monthly Subscription Fee, Transaction Fee, and explain the benefits of being a Premier Supplier.

Participating suppliers will be charged a monthly Subscription Fee per the following subscription tiers. These tiers are based on your 3-month sales volume average.

Participating suppliers will be charged a Transaction Fee on Confirmed Orders per the following schedule:

  • 0.0% on State Farm related orders.
  • 3.5% on all other orders
  • Transactions occurring between OEM Dealer and their wholly owned collision repairer facility will not incur a Transaction Fee on Confirmed Orders. Affected Dealers must notify PartsTrader for the proper billing rate to apply.
  • Confirmed Orders that are cancelled or returned as recorded in the PartsTrader system will have their related transaction fees credited back to the supplier.

Note: Transaction Fees will be billed on the 1st of the month following the date of the Confirmed Order and be payable net 30.

The Premier Supplier Program recognizes suppliers who continuously provide the best service to their customers. Premier Suppliers receive a Premier Supplier Badge within the PartsTrader website allowing them to be easily identified. To achieve Premier Supplier status, all the following criteria must be passed.


For an OEM Dealer to qualify as a Premier Supplier, they must: 

  • Achieve an Overall Rating for the month preceding the billing month of 4.0 or better
  • Submit quotes on a majority of quote requests you receive from repairers*
  • Consistently confirm supply at quoted prices*
  • Confirm orders consistently within 30 minutes*
  • Have account in good standing (Payments up to date & compliant with Terms of Service)
  • Have account configured to not block Non-State Farm related quote requests.

For an Alternative Parts Supplier (Non-OEM Dealer) to qualify as a Premier Supplier, they must: 

  • Achieve an Overall Rating for the month preceding the billing month of 3.5 or better
  • Submit quotes on quote requests you receive from repairers*
  • Consistently confirm supply at quoted prices*
  • Confirm orders consistently within 45 minutes*
  • Have account in good standing (Payments up to date & compliant with Terms of Service)
  • Have account configured to not block Non-State Farm related quote requests.

*Calculated separately for State Farm and Non-State Farm jobs.
